# Lỗi trình duyệt ẩn

## Nguyên nhân: 

* Trình duyệt của khách hàng đang sử dụng phiên bản không tương thích với máy tính
* Cấu hình máy tính không ổn định (khách hàng sử dụng máy tính đời cũ win 7, gram máy yếu)

## Cách xử lý:

Có 3 cách xử lý, quý khách vui lòng thao tác từng cách một

### Cách 1

* Xem phần mềm đã được cấp quyền Admin chưa. Nếu chưa thì tắt phần mềm và thao tác như hình ảnh bên dưới. Sau đó mở lại.

### Cách 2

Nếu đã cấp quyền nhưng vẫn không xử lý được thì xoá và tải lại phần mềm

* Mở <mark style="background-color:orange;">**"Control panel"**</mark> tại thanh taskbar trên Window

* Mở <mark style="background-color:orange;">**"Programs and Features"**</mark>&#x20;

* Chọn gỡ <mark style="background-color:orange;">**"akaBiz Auto"**</mark>

* Sau đó, cài lại phần mềm theo video hướng dẫn

### Cách 3

Nếu đã cấp quyền và tải lại phần mềm vẫn không được thì tiến hành cài lại Chrome

* <mark style="background-color:orange;">**Tắt**</mark> phần mềm akabiz Auto
* Bấm chuột phải tại thanh Taskbar => Mở <mark style="background-color:orange;">**"Task manager"**</mark>&#x20;

* <mark style="background-color:orange;">**End**</mark> task tất cả trình duyệt Chrome

* <mark style="background-color:orange;">**Kiểm tra**</mark> xem máy tính của quý khách có hệ điều hành 32-bit hay 64-bit

Nếu hệ điều hành <mark style="background-color:orange;">**32-bit**</mark> tải file này về máy tính:

* <mark style="background-color:orange;">**Về màn hình chính**</mark>, chọn chuột phải vào phần mềm akaBiz Auto => Chọn <mark style="background-color:orange;">**"Open file location"**</mark>

* Mở phần mềm và đăng nhập lại
