Tại 1 thời điểm akaBiz chỉ hỗ trợ đăng nhập duy nhất trên 1 thiết bị để sử dụng

* 1 Máy tính
* 1 Điện thoại NẾU DÙNG SMS MOBILE

Đê có thể đổi sang thiết bị khác sử dụng, người dùng vui lòng đăng nhập vào máy tính cũ (đã đăng nhập thành công trước đó), sau đó vào mục cài đặt --> Click "ĐỐI THIẾT BỊ"

### **Bước 3: Đăng nhập app ở máy tính mới**

Chú ý: Trường hợp máy tính cũ bị hỏng, quý khách hàng có thể liên hệ nhân viên support, tuy nhiên, việc đổi máy tính chỉ bộ phận kỹ thuật mới can thiệt được, nên sẽ cần mất nhiều thời gian để xử lý.

Vì akabiz chạy bằng quyền ADMIN nên muốn gõ tiếng việt , khách hàng chỉ cần mở unikey dưới quyền ADMIN là được

### **Tắt unikey đang mở**

Chuột phải vào icon Unikey ➝ Click: **Kết thúc**

### **Mở unikey dưới admin**

Search `unikey`➝ Di chuột vào biểu tượng icon ➝ Chuột phải ➝ `Run as admin`
